Description

These Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a deliciously crispy dessert bite filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberry filling. Perfect for parties, snacks, or when you need a quick and easy treat.


Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry pie filling or blueberry preserves
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center, then top with 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry filling.
  3. Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with beaten egg and fold into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place wontons in a single layer (in batches if needed).
  7. Spray the tops of wontons lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
