- 20 wonton wrappers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberry pie filling or blueberry preserves
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center, then top with 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry filling.
- Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with beaten egg and fold into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place wontons in a single layer (in batches if needed).
- Spray the tops of wontons lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.

- You can use other fruit fillings like cherry or strawberry.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for crispiness.
