Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls:
    • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).
    • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling onto the center of the wrapper.
    • Add 1-2 teaspoons of cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake mixture.
    • Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the two side corners, and roll the wrapper tightly, similar to rolling a burrito.
    • Brush the top corner with beaten egg to seal the egg roll completely.
    • Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Air Fry the Egg Rolls:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for about 3 minutes.
