- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown on the outside.
- While the chicken is cooking, toss the broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside. Add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
- To serve, arrange the chicken and broccoli on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
