Description

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown on the outside.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, toss the broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside. Add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
  6. To serve, arrange the chicken and broccoli on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
