Description

This Air Fryer Chicken Breast is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection in under 20 minutes! It’s a healthy, low-effort main dish that works with just about any side. Perfect for meal prep, busy weeknights, or anytime you need a quick protein boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz each)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

  • Rub each chicken breast with olive oil on all sides.

  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the chicken.

  • Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Thicker chicken breasts may need a few extra minutes—use a meat thermometer to be sure.

  • Great for slicing over salads, stuffing into wraps, or serving with veggies and rice.

  • You can change up the spices—try Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, or Cajun blend.
