Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz each)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Rub each chicken breast with olive oil on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
