2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 tbsp milk or water (for egg wash)

3/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Olive oil spray
Instructions

Prep the chicken:
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch thick). Pat dry with paper towels. -
Set up breading station:

Bowl 1: flour

Bowl 2: egg + milk, whisked

Bowl 3: breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Bread the chicken:
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg wash, then press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating all sides well. -
Preheat the air fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 3โ5 minutes. -
Cook:
Spray both sides of the breaded chicken with olive oil spray. Place in air fryer basket (donโt overcrowd). Air fry at 375ยฐF for 10โ12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165ยฐF.
