- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for added flavor)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Coat the Salmon: Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating.

Notes
- You can substitute Dijon mustard with whole-grain mustard for a slightly different texture and flavor.
- For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes.
- This recipe pairs well with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
