- Prepare the Dough:
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Shape the Cookies:
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Place the dough balls on a piece of parchment paper.
- Using a fork, press down on each ball to create a crisscross pattern, flattening them slightly.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for about 3 minutes.
- Air Fry the Cookies:
- Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper or a silicone liner to prevent sticking.
