Description

This Air Fryer Ranch Chicken is a simple yet flavorful dish that’s perfect for a quick and easy meal. With just a handful of ingredients, including ranch seasoning, this juicy chicken gets crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Itโ€™s a healthier alternative to fried chicken, made with less oil but still packed with flavor. Great for weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the olive oil over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken, rubbing it in on all sides.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (75ยฐC) and the chicken is golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the chicken breasts and the brand of air fryer. It’s important to check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
  • You can use bone-in chicken if preferred, but adjust the cooking time accordingly.
