These Apple Pie Bombs are sweet, gooey, and bursting with warm apple cinnamon flavor. Wrapped in biscuit dough and baked until golden, they’re a quick and fun twist on traditional apple pie. Perfect for a cozy dessert or a sweet treat any time of the year!
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1 1/2 cups apple pie filling (chopped into small pieces)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

In a small bowl, mix the chopped apple pie filling with cinnamon.

Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each biscuit round.

Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place each sealed ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each with melted butter and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

While still warm, mix sugar and a pinch of cinnamon in a small bowl and roll each pie bomb in the mixture until coated.

Let cool slightly and enjoy!

You can use homemade apple pie filling if you prefer.
