- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cooked noodles. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
