  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
  6. Reduce heat to low and add the cooked noodles. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
