Description

These Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are a perfect party appetizer or snack! Creamy ranch-flavored filling, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh herbs are wrapped in soft tortillas for an irresistible bite-sized treat. Easy to make ahead and always a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and parsley (if using). Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Spread an even layer of the mixture over one tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter.
  7. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add chopped jalapeรฑos for a spicy kick!
  • These pinwheels can be made a day in advance for convenience.
