These Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are a perfect party appetizer or snack! Creamy ranch-flavored filling, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh herbs are wrapped in soft tortillas for an irresistible bite-sized treat. Easy to make ahead and always a crowd favorite!

- 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and parsley (if using). Mix until evenly combined.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture over one tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add chopped jalapeรฑos for a spicy kick!
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance for convenience.
