Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350โ€ฏยฐF (175โ€ฏยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Form mixture into 12 small patties, about the size of slider buns.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties 3โ€“4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. During the last minute, top each patty with a half-cheese slice to melt.
  6. Meanwhile, lightly butter the cut sides of buns and toast in the oven until golden.
  7. Assemble sliders: bottom bun, cheeseburger patty, chopped bacon, pickle (if using), mayonnaise, and top bun.
  8. Secure with toothpicks and serve warm.
