- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 mini slider buns (about 2โณ wide)
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter, for brushing buns
- Pickle slices (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350โฏยฐF (175โฏยฐC).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form mixture into 12 small patties, about the size of slider buns.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties 3โ4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- During the last minute, top each patty with a half-cheese slice to melt.
- Meanwhile, lightly butter the cut sides of buns and toast in the oven until golden.
- Assemble sliders: bottom bun, cheeseburger patty, chopped bacon, pickle (if using), mayonnaise, and top bun.
- Secure with toothpicks and serve warm.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite cheeseโSwiss or pepper jack work great.
- For extra flavor, mix a dash of Worcestershire sauce into the beef.
