Description
These Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones combine crispy tater tots molded into cones and filled with a cheesy, savory bacon cheeseburger filling. A fun and delicious twist perfect for parties or dinner.

- 4 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Shape aluminum foil into cone molds and cover with parchment paper.
- Line tater tots tightly on the outside of each cone mold, slightly overlapping. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey. Remove from heat.
- Let tater tot cones cool slightly and remove from molds.
- Spoon hot bacon cheeseburger mixture into each cone.
- Garnish with extra cheese, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of ketchup or sauce if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use foil molds if cone molds are unavailable.
- Ensure tater tots are tightly packed to avoid gaps.
- Drain excess grease from the beef to avoid soggy cones.
- Keep filled cones warm in the oven at 200°F if needed.
