- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the crust:
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
- Make the filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

- Pour the filling over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
