A creamy, cheesy, and comforting pasta casserole thatโs perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or potluck. This dish combines spaghetti, cream cheese, marinara sauce, and a rich layer of melted cheese for a meal the whole family will love.

For the Pasta:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Meat Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For Topping:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pastaย โ Boil spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Mixtureย โ In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
- Prepare the Meat Sauceย โ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble the Casseroleย โ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Spread half of the meat sauce in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti over it. Top with remaining meat sauce.
- Add Cheese and Bakeย โ Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serveย โ Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
