Instructions

  1. Cook the Pastaย โ€“ Boil spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Mixtureย โ€“ In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
  3. Prepare the Meat Sauceย โ€“ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Casseroleย โ€“ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Spread half of the meat sauce in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti over it. Top with remaining meat sauce.
