Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Prepare Cheese Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Greek yogurt, and grated garlic. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Bake Cheese Mixture:
- Transfer the cheese mixture into a greased 1-quart baking dish or ovenproof skillet, spreading it into an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until warmed through and bubbling.
- Prepare Bruschetta Topping:
- While the cheese base is baking, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss gently to combine and let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Assemble Dip:
- Once the cheese mixture is done baking, remove it from the oven. Spoon the bruschetta topping over the warm cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with additional chopped basil leaves.
