Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC) and lightly dust a baking sheet or pizza stone with flour.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
