- 1/2 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, snow peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return beef to the pan along with cooked noodles and sauce. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 more minutes until heated through.
- Add green onions, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
Notes
- Flank steak is recommended for its tenderness when sliced thin.
- You can substitute vegetables based on availability.
- Cook noodles al dente to prevent them from becoming mushy during stir-frying.
