Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and mix well.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed just until blended.
