Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/4 cup toffee bits (such as Heath bar pieces)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, for drizzling
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat ovenย to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the crustย โ In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Bake the crustย for 8โ10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- Prepare the fillingย โ Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, followed by an even drizzle of caramel sauce. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake againย for 12โ15 minutes, until the chocolate chips are slightly melted. Let it cool completely.
- Add the toppingย โ Once cooled, spread the whipped topping evenly over the bars. Sprinkle with toffee bits.
- Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauceย for the final touch.
- Chillย for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars. Serve and enjoy!

- For a richer taste, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
- If you prefer homemade caramel, melt ยฝ cup butter with 1 cup brown sugar and ยผ cup heavy cream over low heat. Stir until thickened.
