Description

These Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are loaded with seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, pickles, and that signature special sauce, all wrapped in soft biscuit dough and baked until golden. They’re fun to make, super flavorful, and totally addictive—just like the real thing, but bite-sized!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Bombs:

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count or 16 mini biscuits)

1/4 cup chopped dill pickles

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp yellow mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Make the Big Mac sauce:

In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until well combined. Chill until ready to use.

Cook the beef filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.

Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the bombs:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch round.

Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture into the center, top with cheese and a few chopped pickles.

Fold edges up and pinch to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Bake:

Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve:

Serve warm with Big Mac sauce for dipping or drizzle a little on top of each bomb before serving.

Notes

  • Use crescent roll dough or pizza dough as an alternative wrapping.

  • Want to spice it up? Add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef.

  • These can be prepped ahead and baked right before serving.
