Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese, shredded)
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Make the Big Mac Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay out the tortillas and spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce on each one.
    • Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced pickles, and chopped onion.
  4. Wrap and Serve:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito. If desired, toast the wrap in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side to make it crispy.
    • Sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra Big Mac flavor.
  5. Enjoy!
    • Serve immediately with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Make it crispy: Toasting the wrap in a pan adds a delicious crunch!
  • Low-carb option: Use low-carb tortillas or serve the filling as a lettuce wrap.
  • Extra cheesy: Add an extra slice of American cheese before rolling.
