For the Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese, shredded)
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef:
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Make the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well until smooth.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce on each one.
- Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced pickles, and chopped onion.
- Wrap and Serve:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito. If desired, toast the wrap in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side to make it crispy.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra Big Mac flavor.
