- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup blue sanding sugar or sprinkles (for coating)
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolateย โ In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 15-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Mix the Fillingย โ In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
- Combineย โ Stir in the melted white chocolate and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Chillย โ Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm enough to handle.
- Shape the Trufflesย โ Using a small scoop or spoon, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Coatย โ Roll each truffle in blue sanding sugar or sprinkles until fully coated.
- Chill Againย โ Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
