- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. - Prep the Puff Pastry:
Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the thawed puff pastry slightly on a floured surface to smooth the seams. Cut the pastry into 4 equal rectangles. - Assemble the Pastries:
Place the puff pastry rectangles on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the center of each rectangle, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Toss blueberries with flour to coat, then sprinkle them over the cream cheese. - Bake:

While the pastries are cooling, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over cooled pastries before serving.
Notes
- Substitute blueberries with raspberries, blackberries, or chopped strawberries for variety.
- For extra sweetness, sprinkle the edges of the puff pastry with sugar before baking.
