Description

Ingredients

  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices bacon (halved)
  • 6 small breakfast sausage patties
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved to fit buns)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350โ€ฏยฐF (175โ€ฏยฐC).
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon halves until crispy; transfer to paper towels to drain.
  3. In same skillet, cook sausage patties until browned and cooked through; set aside.
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place bottom halves on a baking sheet or in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Layer each bun bottom with a sausage patty, fold a bacon half on top, and add a piece of cheddar cheese.
  6. Replace top half of buns.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops, sprinkling garlic powder if using.
  8. Bake for 8โ€“10 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Make them ahead and reheat in a warm oven (300โ€ฏยฐF) for 5 minutes before serving.
