Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Fill the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle. Drizzle a little ranch or blue cheese dressing over the filling.
- Seal the Bombs: Carefully bring the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
- Coat & Bake: Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley (if using). For extra crunch, roll them in panko breadcrumbs. Arrange on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, then serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
