Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in buffalo sauce until well combined.
  4. Add shredded chicken and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; mix until everything is coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish (about 8ร—8 or similar).
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top, along with crumbled blue cheese if using.
