- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frankโs RedHot)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped celery or bell pepper for crunch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Add shredded chicken and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; mix until everything is coated.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish (about 8ร8 or similar).
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top, along with crumbled blue cheese if using.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions (and optional celery or bell pepper) before serving.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

- You can use storeโbought rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
