- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or pre-cooked)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish (8×8 or similar).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
Notes
