- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese
- 12-pack Hawaiian rolls
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the rolls, then top with shredded cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley (if using), then brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.
Notes
- Don’t overload the filling to prevent sogginess.
- Line the baking dish for easy cleanup.
- Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
- Double the batch for larger gatherings—they go fast!
