Description

Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack—spicy, cheesy, creamy, and baked to golden perfection inside soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties, game days, or a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese
  • 12-pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  4. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the rolls, then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley (if using), then brush over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.

  • Don’t overload the filling to prevent sogginess.
  • Line the baking dish for easy cleanup.
  • Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
  • Double the batch for larger gatherings—they go fast!
