Description
Bunny Butt Oreo Balls are adorable no-bake truffles made from crushed Oreos and cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate and decorated to look like a bunny’s behind – complete with feet and a fluffy tail! Sweet, simple, and perfect for Easter fun.
Ingredients
-
1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
-
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
-
12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
-
Pink candy melts or pink icing (for decoration)
-
Mini marshmallows (for tails)
-
White candy melts or white chocolate chips (for bunny feet and decorating)
-
Optional: pink sanding sugar or sprinkles
Instructions
-
Make the Oreo mixture:
-
In a food processor, pulse Oreos (cream and all) until fine crumbs form.
-
Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and smooth.
-
-
Form the balls:
-
Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
-
Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
-
-
Melt the coating:
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
-
-
Dip and decorate:
-
Dip each ball in melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
-
While the coating is still wet, press a mini marshmallow on top as the bunny tail.
-
Use small circles of white candy melts for feet, and pipe or dot pink icing/candy melts to make paw pads.
-
-
Set and serve:
-
Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
-
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
-
Notes
-
You can use different colored candy melts or edible markers for decorations.
