- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (adjust to preferred heat level)
- 1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
Instructions
- Combine the Spices: In a medium bowl, add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, black pepper, white pepper (if using), cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Mix Thoroughly: Use a whisk or spoon to thoroughly combine all the spices. Make sure there are no clumps and the color looks even throughout.
- Store Properly: Transfer the Cajun seasoning mix to an airtight jar or spice container. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
