  • 1 tablespoon white pepper (optional, for extra kick)
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (adjust to preferred heat level)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Spices: In a medium bowl, add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, black pepper, white pepper (if using), cayenne pepper, and salt.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Use a whisk or spoon to thoroughly combine all the spices. Make sure there are no clumps and the color looks even throughout.
  3. Store Properly: Transfer the Cajun seasoning mix to an airtight jar or spice container. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
