For the Flatbread Base
- 2 pre-made flatbreads or naan

- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
For the Charcuterie Toppings
- 3 ounces prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 3 ounces salami, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup pitted green or black olives, halved

- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup seedless red grapes, sliced in half

Instructions
- Prepare the Flatbread Base: Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and evenly sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
- Add the Cheese Layer: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over both flatbreads, followed by crumbled goat cheese.
- Layer on Charcuterie: Arrange the prosciutto and salami slices over the cheese layer. Scatter the sliced olives on top.
- Bake the Flatbreads: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
- Garnish and Finish: Remove the flatbreads from the oven. Top with arugula and sliced grapes. Drizzle honey over the warm flatbread and add freshly ground black pepper to taste. Slice and serve immediately.
