Description

Cheesecake stuffed strawberries are a quick, no-bake treat featuring fresh strawberries filled with sweet, creamy cheesecake filling. These bite-sized desserts are perfect for parties, holidays, or a light and elegant indulgence.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Slice off the stem end and hollow out the center with a small knife or melon baller.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  4. Pipe the filling into each hollowed strawberry until full and slightly over the top.
