Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries. Slice off the stem end and hollow out the center with a small knife or melon baller.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe the filling into each hollowed strawberry until full and slightly over the top.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the tops if desired.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
