Description

Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage is a hearty and comforting one-pan meal made with tender potatoes, smoky sausage, melty cheese, and tangy ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven, add the sliced smoked sausage, and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan again, drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any type of smoked sausage, including turkey or beef.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after adding cheese.
  • Adjust seasoning and cheese to your taste preference.
