- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven, add the sliced smoked sausage, and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan again, drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- You can use any type of smoked sausage, including turkey or beef.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after adding cheese.
- Adjust seasoning and cheese to your taste preference.
