Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350โฏยฐF (175โฏยฐC).
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and parsley.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the bread diagonally about every 2โฏinches in a crosshatch patternโbe careful not to cut through the bottom crust.
- Stuff the garlicโbutter mixture into each cut.
- Push shredded cheese into the cuts between the bread cubes.
- Wrap the loaf tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15โฏminutes, then unwrap and bake for another 10โฏminutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
- Let cool slightly, then pull apart and serve warm.
