Description

Soft, buttery breadsticks stuffed with seasoned taco meat and gooey cheeseโ€”perfect for a fun appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tube (approx. 13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 5 Colby Jack cheese sticks, halved
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Brown ground beef over medium heat, drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning until coated; set aside to cool.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 10 rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of taco meat and half a cheese stick on each rectangle.
  5. Roll dough over filling, pinch seams and ends closed.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over each stick.
  7. Bake 10โ€“12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Let taco meat cool slightly before assembling to prevent cheese from melting prematurely.
  • Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or queso for dipping.
  • Use cooked, seasoned ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter option.
  • Leftovers keep 3 days refrigerated; reheat in oven or microwave.
