- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 5 cups frozen tater tots
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:ย Set your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Mixture:ย In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, dry ranch dressing mix, black pepper, and 1 cup of the shredded Colby Jack cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble Casserole:ย Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the mixture. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
