- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and shredded chicken.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5โ7 minutes until heated through and well-coated.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with seasoned chicken.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro as desired.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.

- You can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different variation.
