Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and shredded chicken.
  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5โ€“7 minutes until heated through and well-coated.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with seasoned chicken.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro as desired.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
