Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
    • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
    • Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165ยฐF/74ยฐC).
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Rice:
    • In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
