- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants and chocolate, pressing gently to ensure the croissants absorb the liquid.
