Instructions
- Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into the stem end of each strawberry to create pops.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If using, melt white chocolate in the same manner and drizzle over dipped strawberries for decoration.
- Let strawberries sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Best enjoyed the same day.
