Description

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are a no-bake dessert dream – creamy, nutty, and topped with a smooth layer of chocolate. They come together in minutes and are made with pantry staples. Keep them chilled for the perfect sweet treat anytime!

Ingredients

For the peanut butter base:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 16 sheets)

For the chocolate topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Make the base: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

  • Make the topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.

  • Spread chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.

  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

  • Slice into bars and serve cold or at room temp.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.

  • Want to make them dairy-free? Use plant-based butter and dairy-free chocolate chips.

  • These bars freeze beautifully – just wrap and store for up to 3 months!
