Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate:ย In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Dip the Oreos:ย Using a fork, dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate, making sure itโ€™s fully coated. Let excess chocolate drip off, then place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
