- 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- Red and green holiday sprinkles or decorations
Instructions
- Prepare your work area:ย Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Melt the chocolate:ย In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate or candy melts with the coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip the Oreos:ย Use a fork to dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Tap the fork gently on the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
- Decorate:ย Place the coated Oreos on the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Let them set:ย Allow the Oreos to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or place them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
- Serve or store:ย Once set, store the Christmas Oreos in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
