- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and maple syrup over the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized around the edges.
