- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Cinnamon Swirl:

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Make the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Melt the Fudge Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed butter. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Layer the Fudge: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Drizzle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Repeat & Swirl: Add the remaining fudge mixture on top, then drizzle the rest of the cinnamon swirl. Swirl again for a marbled effect.
- Chill & Set: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Cut & Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into small squares, and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the cinnamon to 2 teaspoons.
- You can freeze the fudge for up to 2 months; just let it thaw before serving.
