Description

This Cinnamon Roll Fudge is rich, creamy, and packed with warm cinnamon flavor. With a buttery white chocolate base and a delicious cinnamon swirl, it tastes just like a gooey cinnamon roll in fudge form. Perfect for the holidays or as a sweet treat any time of year!

Ingredients

Units Scale
For the Fudge:
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Make the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • Melt the Fudge Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed butter. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Layer the Fudge: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Drizzle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the top. Swirl gently with a knife.
  • Repeat & Swirl: Add the remaining fudge mixture on top, then drizzle the rest of the cinnamon swirl. Swirl again for a marbled effect.
  • Chill & Set: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • Cut & Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into small squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the cinnamon to 2 teaspoons.
  • You can freeze the fudge for up to 2 months; just let it thaw before serving.
