- 2 cinnamon sticks (or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 herbal tea bag (like chamomile or peppermint) (optional)
Instructions
- n a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and ginger slices (if using). Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add the tea bag if using, and steep for 3โ5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a mug.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice (if using).
- Sip warm and enjoy the soothing effects.

- If you donโt have fresh ginger, use 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
