For the Biscuit Bites:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze (optional):
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven:ย Set your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the biscuits:ย Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces to create bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the coating:ย In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Dip and coat:ย Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Bake:ย Place the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
