Description

    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped

    • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:ย Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9ร—5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare the cinnamon swirl:ย In a small bowl, mix the โ…“ cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients:ย In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients:ย In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
