Ingredients
Scale
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

- Drain the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool completely.

- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Notes
- Use older eggs for easier peeling after boiling.
- For a smoother filling, blend the yolk mixture in a food processor.
